Software Licence — Lacspace Proprietary License Agreement. The Nepal Student Union website, admin panel and API are proprietary software built by Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. and are provided under a commercial software licence — not an open-source license. The summary below reflects the official agreement.
This platform is bound by the Lacspace Proprietary License Agreement. By accessing or using the Properties (the website, admin panel, API and related software), you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Properties.
All Properties are the exclusive and absolute intellectual property of Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. This software is NOT provided under an MIT, GPL, or any other open-source license.
Licensees receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Properties for internal business operations only — contingent on timely payment of fees and full compliance with this agreement.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, white-label, lease, sublicense, redistribute, modify, or use the Properties to build a competing product or service. Any such violation is a material breach resulting in immediate and irrevocable termination and legal action.
Any free offerings do not grant proprietary rights and may be terminated at Lacspace's sole discretion at any time without notice.
The license terminates automatically upon any non-compliance. Upon termination you must immediately cease all use and destroy all copies of the Properties.
The Properties are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Lacspace's total liability is capped at the amounts paid in the preceding twelve (12) months and expressly excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of India and Nepal, with the courts of Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
